1 yellow cake mix with pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix cake mix oil and egg. Save 1 cup cake mixture to crumble on top. Put remaining cake mixture on bottom of 8 1/2 x 13 pan.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Put cream cheese, lemon, and sugar on top. Now crumble remaining 1 cup cake mixture on top. Bake 15 minutes more.
