COLD WEATHER CASSEROLE 
FILLING:

3 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can Veg All
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce

BROWN SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. beef broth
1/4 tsp. Tabasco pepper sauce

Prepare brown sauce by browning flour, melted butter, stirring constantly. Stir in broth and Tabasco sauce. Simmer, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and comes to a boil. Add browned and drained ground beef, salt and Veg All drained and Tabasco to brown sauce. Mix well. Ring a 2 quart casserole with mashed potatoes. Spoon ground beef mixture in center of potato ring. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
