CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 breast or 2 whole chickens
1 can cream of celery soup*
1 can cream of chicken soup*
2 boxes Stove Top stuffing mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

(Dilute each can with 1/2 cup chicken broth.)

Cook chicken and pick from bones. Cut into small pieces and put in baking dish. Heat soup and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Prepare stuffing according to directions. Put on top of chicken and soup.

Bake 45 minutes in 375°F oven.
