1/2 lb. ground pork 1 small onion, diced 1 clove garlic, minced 14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth 14 1/2 oz. can Italian style chopped tomatoes 15 oz. can white beans, drained 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. crushed fennel seed 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 c. small pasta (shells or elbows) Brown pork; add onion. Cook 3 minutes. Add all ingredients. Bring to boil; lower heat and cook 10 to 12 minutes. |
