PREDATOR BURGER 
5 pounds ground sirloin, coarsely ground
1 large white onion, finely chopped
5 habenero peppers, deseeded and finely chopped
10 jalapeno peppers, deseeded and finely chopped
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
4 tbsp. tabasco sauce
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 bell peppers, sliced 1/4 inch thick and deseeded

Mix olive oil into sirloin very well. Add all ingredients except bell pepper rings.

Allow sirloin to set overnight in refrigerator. Make sirloin into 1/2 pound patties, press patties between saran wrap to 1/4 inch thick. Cook patties on charcoal grill (not a gas grill) until well done.

Grill bell pepper rings until they brown, or blacken some.

Serve on toasted kaiser rolls, with bell pepper rings, lettuce, and tomato. You can garnish with salsa if you like.
