EASY BROWNIES 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (1 lb.) Hershey syrup
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. walnuts

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. canned milk
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs. Beat well. Add chocolate syrup, flour, and nuts. Pour into a greased 11 x 15 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. When cool, frost with chocolate icing. Cut into squares.

Frosting: Bring sugar, butter, and milk to a boil. Boil for 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add chips and beat until thick enough to spread.
