WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. white chocolate
3/4 c. chopped pecans

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Fold into cream cheese mixture with pecans. Spread into a greased 8 inch baking pan. Chill until ready to serve. Cut in squares. Yields 48 pieces.
