WHITE CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
2 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 lb. white chocolate
1 c. pecan pieces

Combine sugar, butter, milk and marshmallows in a 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Microwave on High 3 minutes; stir well. Continue to microwave on High 2-3 minutes, or until mixture boils. Then microwave on Medium (50 percent) and boil for 4 minutes.

Grate or chop chocolate into small pieces and add to hot mixture. Stir until chocolate melts. Add pecans and pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Let cool before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container or refrigerate. Yields 2 pounds.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
