WHITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE

This is very rich, small squares are best.

1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter (no substitutions)

Butter the bottom and sides of an 8x8-inch glass pan.

In a medium or large glass bowl, add the above ingredients in order. Cook in microwave at 1 minute intervals, stirring after each minute.

Remove from microwave when the chips and butter are almost completely melted. Stir well or use a hand mixer to blend thoroughly.

Quickly pour into the buttered 8x8-inch and smooth out the fudge with a buttered spatula. Chill for at least 4 hours in refrigerator.

Cut into squares and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
