1 c. sour cream
1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 whole eggs or left-over yolks

Heat sour cream and vinegar but do not boil. Add rest of the ingredients; boil and stir constantly until smooth and thick.
