1/2 c. cold water 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 or 4 tbsp. sugar While nothing can replace the rich flavor of real whipped cream, this is a reduced calorie whipped cream replacement. Sprinkle dry milk on water. Beat until stiff enough to stand in soft peaks. Add lemon juice, continue beating until stiff; stir in sugar. |
