1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 c. Mandarin oranges and juice
3 eggs
4 1/2 c. Crisco oil

Mix and bake at 350°F in 3 or 4 layers. Let cool.

Filling:

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 large tub Cool Whip

Mix together and frost cake.
