EASY OVEN STEW 
3 lb. beef chuck
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can French onion soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. red wine
4-5 carrots
4-5 lg. potatoes
1 can mushrooms

Mix beef, soups, tomato sauce, and wine. Put into 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake in oven at 275 degrees for 6 hours (do not preheat oven). Serve over rice or add during the last 2 hours carrots, potatoes, and mushrooms and serve as one dish meal.
