SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. sharp cheddar, grated
3 c. biscuit mix

Work all ingredients together and roll into 1 inch balls.

Arrange on baking sheet and freeze. After freezing, sausage balls can be baked or placed in a freezer container for later use. Bake at 400 degrees on greased cookie sheet until done (about 15-20 minutes).
