RIGATONI SALAD 
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 med. onion, sliced or diced (red onion is best)
1 lg. jar pimentos
1 green pepper, diced
1 lb. rigatoni
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. pepper

Boil rigatoni according to directions; drain. Toss with 1/3 cup oil.

Combine sugar, vinegar, seasonings, mustard and blend well. Toss rigatoni into this mixture. Add onions, pimentos and green pepper; mix well. Chill, stir or turn a few times before serving. Fresh diced tomatoes may be added at serving time.

Note: No mayonnaise or sour cream used.
