1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. mustard
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)

Cook until thickened, stirring constantly with wire whisk. Cool and add 1 cup salad dressing. Add to diced potatoes, eggs, chopped onion and celery.
