1 box Betty Crocker butter pecan cake mix
1 box Royal toasted coconut instant pudding
4 eggs
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. poppy seeds, save some to sprinkle on top

Mix together (by hand is fine). Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in 2 greased (or sprayed) loaf pans.
