KERA'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (16 oz.) any noodles (shells work great)
1 (16 oz.) pkg. extra sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, divided (plus extra for greasing pan)
3-4 cups milk
2 small tomatoes, diced
salt, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodles are cooking, grate cheese and dice tomatoes.

Note: Pre-shredded cheese works okay too.

Grease casserole dish with butter, drain noodles.

Fill bottom of pan with noodles (just enough to coat it). Place 4 tablespoons of butter anywhere on top of noodles. Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese. Sprinkle 3/4 of diced tomatoes over cheese.

Add remaining noodles and repeat. Salt to taste. Pour milk over layers, until it is just visible.

Place in oven and bake at 350°F for 35 to 50 minutes.
