SAUSAGE CASSEROLE FOR BRUNCH 
(An old family favorite for Christmas, Easter, etc.)

4 c. Rice Krispies
2 lbs. Jones sausage meat (2 frozen pkgs.)
1 med. onion, chopped
2 sticks Cracker Barrel cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. cooked minute rice
4 eggs, beaten
2 cans cream of celery soup

Grease large casserole or lasagna pan. Layer:

Rice Krispies

Browned sausage and onion

Cooked rice

Grated cheese

Repeat 3 times. Make mixture of soup and eggs and pour over all. Sprinkle remaining cup of Rice Krispies over the top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Freezes well. Serves 12.
