BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread
20 sausage links
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard

Break bread into small pieces and place in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Place Cheddar cheese over bread. Brown sausages and cut into thirds. Place over cheese. Lightly beat 4 eggs, add 2 1/2 cups milk and dry mustard. Mix well and pour over sausage. Place in refrigerator overnight. Next morning mix 1/2 cup milk and 1 can cream of mushroom soup and pour on top. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
