CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. boiling water

Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla. Pour into greased casserole. Combine dry ingredients of topping and sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water and vanilla over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1/2 hour. It must be juicy on bottom to make sauce so don't over bake.
