CORNED BEEF SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 red pepper, chopped fine
1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
1 med. bottle sliced olives
1 can corned beef, flaked
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
4 hard boiled eggs

Mix jelly and let stand until almost thick. Fold in 1/2 the mayonnaise. Fold in peppers, celery, olives, and eggs. Mix well and put in loaf pan. Set in refrigerator until thick. Slice and serve on lettuce leaves.
