SALT FISH 
1-2 pkg. salt fish
Oil
Garlic
Green peppers
Onions
Tomato

Soak large pieces overnight or boil. Shred and remove skin and bones. Burn some garlic in the hot oil. Remove the garlic. Cut up green peppers, onions, tomato, pumpkin (optional) and saute until almost tender in that oil. Throw salt fish on top of the mixture and stir.

Make sure there is enough oil, you might have to add oil. Add ketchup and cook until it is done.

Salt fish can be eaten with ackee, or cabbage. These vegetables can be added instead of pumpkin.
