SALMON SOUR CREAM BAKE 
2 (8 oz.) fresh or frozen salmon steaks, cut 1" thick
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sliced green onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash ground red pepper
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cut each salmon steak in half lengthwise, removing center cones. Place in a 10"x6"x2" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 12 to 15 minutes at 450 degrees.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, salt and red pepper. Remove salmon from oven and spoon the above mixture over steaks. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Return to oven and bake an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is heated through. Serves 4.
