2 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 med. onion, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
1 can yellow hominy
2 (16 oz.) cans Ranch style beans
1 (16 oz.) can jalapeno beans
32 oz. water (measure by using 2 of the bean cans)

Brown beef, drain off grease and add taco seasoning. Add remaining ingredients. Use at least a 4 quart pot. Simmer for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes 14 to 16 servings. Serve with cornbread.
