SALMON BURGERS | |
1 can salmon (15 1/4 oz. size) 1 egg 1 c. soda cracker crumbs Open can of salmon and take out the larger bones. Mix the salmon and its canned juice with the egg and cracker crumbs form into burgers. Brown in shortening in medium hot fry pan, when brown turn and brown other side. Keep close watch as the browning doesn't takes very long. Serving suggestions: Serve with mashed potatoes and buttered peas, or creamed peas with new potatoes cooked in their jackets, drained with melted butter poured over sprinkled with parsley. |
