STUFFED SHELLS 
1 (29 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. chopped spinach
2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 (12 oz.) mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. lg. shells

Cook shells, then put 1 cup spaghetti sauce in oven baking pan. Add spinach, eggs and cheeses together. Use a teaspoon to fill the shells. Once the shells are filled. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with remaining spaghetti sauce. Serves 6-8 people. Goes very well with garlic bread.
