QUICK NEW ENGLAND CLAM CHOWDER | |
2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. celery, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/8 tsp. sage 1 can cream of potato soup 1 can chopped clams 1 soup can of milk 1/8 tsp. white pepper Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Blend in remaining ingredients. Heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. Serves 4. |
