CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE | |
1 box Keebler graham crackers (original or honey flavored) 1 (5 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding (family size) 1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip 1 tub prepared milk chocolate cake frosting (your favorite) 2 bananas, sliced (optional) Mix pudding according to box instructions. Add Cool Whip; set aside. Layer in 9x13-inch casserole dish, this will only be two layers: Crackers, Pudding mixture. Top with another layer of crackers. Melt the prepared frosting in microwave for about 30 seconds (stirring so that chocolate doesn't burn). Immediately pour over graham crackers until even. Cover dish with foil and refrigerate for 1 hour or until pudding and frosting is set... NOT jiggly. Submitted by: Brandy S. |
