TURKEY DRESSING 
1 loaf bread, dried and crumbled
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg
2 lb. pork sausage
Salt
2 apples, cored and cubed
10-12 lb. turkey

Thaw turkey, wash out turkey cavity. Sprinkle salt inside of turkey. Brown sausage with onion and celery. Add to remaining ingredients; mix and stuff into turkey. Lace turkey closed. Bake.
