ROSA MARINA SALAD | |
1/2 box Rosa Marina pasta 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. flour 2 beaten eggs 1 can crushed pineapple 1-2 cans mandarin oranges Cool Whip Maraschino cherries 1. Cook the pasta; set aside. 2. Cook sugar, salt, flour, eggs and the juice from the fruit until smooth and creamy. 3. Add mixture to pasta. 4. Add pineapple, oranges and cherries. 5. Add 3/4 container of Cool Whip and refrigerate until ready to serve. 6. Add remaining Cool Whip when ready to serve. |
