TURKEY CHILI 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. dried beans, cooked
1 c. water
3 med. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 (6 oz.) can No-salt added tomato paste
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
30 fat free crackers

In a large pot, brown turkey; pour off any excess fat; add onions, green pepper and garlic. Cook 2 minutes; add beans, water, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano, onions and red pepper; cover. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally. Serve with crackers.
