PUMPKIN BARS 
1 (16 oz.) c. pumpkin
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Stir together pumpkin, eggs, sugar and oil. Sift in flour, soda, baking powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Pour on a large sided, lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.

FROSTING FOR PUMPKIN BARS:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Cream together cheese, milk, vanilla and butter. Stir in powdered sugar and beat with mixer until smooth.
