EVERLASTING SALAD 
8 unpeeled apples, cut fine
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. macaroni rings, cooked and cooled
1 pt. whipping cream
1 c. sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour

Mix together sugar, flour, eggs, lemon juice and cook over low heat as it burns easily. Cook until it thickens. Cool and pour without stirring, over rings and fruit. Let stand overnight. Before serving, add whipped cream.

Serves 15.

DRESSING FOR FRESH FRUIT:

Combine in small bowl:

1/3 c. undiluted concentrate for limeade or lemonade
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. celery seed

Beat with beater until smooth.
