SPANISH CHICKEN | |
1 hen 1 box yellow rice 1 can green peas, drained 1 tall can tomatoes, mashed 1 can cream of celery soup 1 sm. onion, chopped Boil hen until tender, take meat off the bones and save the broth. Place remaining ingredients in large pan or dish and mix. Place chicken on mixture and cover with broth. Add hot water if needed. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
