CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
1 lb. cranberries
1 c. orange juice
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 med. apple, chopped
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 c. sugar
1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. orange peel, grated
1 c. water

In 3 quart saucepan, over medium heat, heat cranberries, sugar, and 1 cup water to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Makes about 7 cups.
