QUESADILLA'S 
FLOUR TORTILLAS:

3 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
About 1 c. warm water

Shape and cover with plastic wrap. Let rest 15 minutes. Spread with butter, shredded Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Top with chopped tomatoes. Bake 325 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
