COCOA COOKIES 
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. cocoa
4 tsp. baking powder
4 c. flour

Cream shortening and sugar together. Add milk slowly. Add well beaten eggs. Sift flour, cocoa and baking powder and add to the creamed mixture. Roll out 1/4" thick. Cut with cookie cutter. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool and frost with white powdered sugar frosting. Note: Do not overbake.
