SOUR CREAM COCOA COOKIES 
3 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream

Cream shortening; add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Stir in vanilla. Add flour mixture alternately with cream and mix thoroughly. Drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost.
