RICE PUDDING 
4 c. water
1 c. Carolina rice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
Peel of lemon
1 tbsp. butter
1 box vanilla pudding
1 cinnamon stick and powdered cinnamon

4 cups of water and lemon peel and 1 tablespoons of butter and 1 cinnamon stick. When it boils. Put rice in pan. 1 cup of milk, 2/3 of a cup of sugar. Put 1/2 of milk in with box of pudding and mix with rice. Refrigerate and serve.
