1 head broccoli flowerettes only
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, diced & drained
1/2 red onion, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar

Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces. Put in bowl. Cook and drain bacon. Add bacon, cheese and onion to broccoli, do not mix. Make dressing, pour over all and toss and chill.
