PITA POCKETS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic
1 lg. tomato, cubed
2 tsp. dried mint
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. sliced pickles
6 sm. or 3 lg. pita bread

Shape meat into tiny balls. Brown lightly. Drain. Stir in all of the other ingredients. Cover tightly and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Stuff into pita bread pockets.
