BREAD DRESSING 
4 c. broth
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
Salt
Pepper
3 stalks celery, diced
3 carrots, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
Poultry seasoning or sage (to taste)
4 to 5 c. cornbread (cold, cooked)

Cook celery, carrots and onion in some of the broth. Mix all ingredients well, adding cornbread crumbs and remaining broth and milk. Pour into baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes.
