2 lb. confectioners sugar 40 oz. peanut butter 1 lb. butter 2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 3/4 cake paraffin Melt butter. Mix in peanut butter and sugar. Form into 3/4-inch balls. Refrigerate overnight. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Dip peanut butter balls in chocolate mixture. Set on waxed paper to cool. Refrigerate until well set. Makes 14 dozen. Tip: Butterscotch chips can be substituted for chocolate chips. |
