QUICK CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE | |
3 tbsp. butter, melted 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded, about 10 c. 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. celery seed 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced Combine butter, cabbage, salt, pepper and celery seed in a large skillet; cover and cook over medium heat, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add corned beef; cover and cook 5 minutes more or until meat is thoroughly heated. Yield 4-6 servings. |
