TOMATO RELISH 
5 lbs. ripe tomatoes
2 lbs. onions
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
3 or 4 hot peppers
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Put onions and tomatoes through food chopper. Mix in other ingredients. Cook 1 hour until thick, pour into jars and seal. Makes approximately 5 pints. Sure good with beans and cornbread!
