TAHITIAN HAM & RICE 
1 can (6 3/4 oz.) chunky ham or cooked ham
1 tsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained, save juice
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. ginger
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sherry (opt.)
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 c. hot cooked rice

Saute ham in butter, stir in fruit syrup, 2 1/2 tablespoons chicken broth, sugar, mustard, ginger, pepper and soy sauce. Stir about 5 minutes. Blend remaining broth, sherry and cornstarch. Stir in ham, add fruit and green pepper. Cook another 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over fluffy rice.
