BROKEN GLASS DESSERT | |
Use 3 ounce Jello - cherry, orange, lime, black raspberry. Dissolve each flavor separately in 1 1/2 cups water. Put in shallow pan. Can be refrigerated overnight. One (3 ounce) package lemon Jello dissolved in 1 cup of boiling pineapple juice, and 1/4 cup of sugar. When dissolved add 1/2 cup cold water, let chill until slightly thickened. Mix 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs with a 1/3 cup of melted butter; press into bottom of 6 x 12 pan, glass. Prepare 2 envelopes of Dream Whip or 2 cups whipping cream. Cut firm gelatin in 1/2 inch squares (do it in pans). When pineapple mixture is ready mix with Dream Whip. Add Jello cubes, pour into pan lined with graham crust. Chill in refrigerator for 4-5 hours. |
