WILD RICE CHEESE BAKE 
Perfect for your game dishes

1 (6 oz.) UNCLE BEN'S® Long Grain and Wild Rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. sliced zucchini
2 tbsp. chopped canned green chilies
1 1/2 c. shredded jack cheese
1 lg. chopped tomato
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded jack cheese (for topping)

Cook rice with seasoning packets and water and butter according to package directions. Mix rice, zucchini, chilies and 1 1/2 c. cheese. Spread in baking dish, cover with foil, bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven take off foil, top with tomato, sour cream and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Broil until cheese melts and is lightly browned.
