1 head lettuce (bite size)
1 c. celery, cut up
4 eggs, cooked hard and diced
1 pkg. frozen peas, slightly cooked
1/2 c. green pepper, diced
1 sweet onion
8 slices bacon, fried and diced
2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. sugar

Layer in 9 x 12 dish the first 7 ingredients. Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip with sugar. Spread on top as frosting. Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours. At serving time, garnish with more bacon and parsley.
